CARROT CAKE RECIPE

2 glasses of finely ground carrots

Half a glass of raisins

Half a glass of pecan nuts

250ml brown sugar

15ml ground cinnamon

3 huge eggs

1 tablespoon blended spice

180 ml olive oil

125ml plain yoghurt or acrid milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 mugs cake flour

1 teaspoon preparing soda

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Pinch of salt

For topping:

225g cream cheese

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Half a container unsalted butter

180ml of icing sugar

30 ml) new cream

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
