Ingredients

Layer 1 – Biscuit Base

• 24 Oreo cookies (or any chocolate sandwich biscuit)

• 1 tbsp melted butter

Layer 2 – Creamy Filling

• 500 ml milk

• 2 packets of crème caramel flan powder

• Sugar to taste

• 10 plain tea biscuits (any type)

• 6 squares of processed cheese (e.g., Kiri or The Laughing Cow)

• 2 cups yogurt with cheese flavor (or plain Greek yogurt)

Layer 3 – Coffee Glaze

• 170 ml water

• 1 tsp instant coffee

• 1 tbsp sugar
