Ingredients:
1 (63g) can strawberry pie filling
1 (225g) package softened cream cheese
125g granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can yellow cake mix
125g melted unsalted butter
Optional: Fresh strawberries and whipped cream for serving
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly over the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the strawberries and swirl it gently with a knife.
5. Sprinkle the dry mixture evenly over the top, without stirring.
6. Drizzle the melted butter over the mixture as evenly as possible.
7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and bubbly.
8. Let cool slightly, then serve warm with fresh strawberries or whipped cream if desired!
