1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
