1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup whole milk
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract (for frosting)
1 1/2 cups white chocolate, melted (for frosting)
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)
White chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish).
