Apple Pie with Custard

 

Here is a delicious recipe for a soft and creamy apple cake, perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients:



For the base:
– 3 eggs (medium)
– 150 g sugar (caster)
– 250 g flour 00
– 100 g milk
– 1 sachet baking powder
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 3 Golden Delicious apples

For the custard:
– 500 ml milk (whole)
– 3 egg yolks (medium)
– 100 g sugar (caster)
– 30 g corn starch (maizena)
– Lemon zest (or vanilla)

Tools:
– 22-24 cm cake tin
