Fluffy, creamy, and oh-so-sweet, this no-bake marshmallow cheesecake is a dessert lover’s dream come true!

Ingredients:

For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1 cup heavy whipping cream
For the Topping:
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup melted chocolate chips (optional)
