đ How to Prepare a Gentle Clove Steam Bath
Ingredients:

- About 200 g of whole cloves
- Warm or freshly boiled water
Method:
- In a clean bowl, pour boiled water (let it cool slightly so the steam is warm, not burning).
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt and about 200 g of cloves.
- Allow the mixture to steep for a moment so the aroma and steam rise.

- Relax until the steam cools naturally.
