🍃 How to Prepare a Gentle Clove Steam Bath

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • About 200 g of whole cloves
  • Warm or freshly boiled water

Method:

  1. In a clean bowl, pour boiled water (let it cool slightly so the steam is warm, not burning).
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and about 200 g of cloves.
  3. Allow the mixture to steep for a moment so the aroma and steam rise.
  4. Sit over the bowl—without touching the water—letting only the warm steam reach the external area.
  5. Relax until the steam cools naturally.

This traditional steam bath is meant only for the outside of the intimate area. It should feel warm and soothing, never hot or uncomfortable.
