3 tablespoons sesame seeds (more or less to your liking)
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix corn flour, water, soy sauce, ginger, sugar, and sesame oil. Pour the mixture over the ground beef and chopped onion. Stir until the sauce is completely absorbed.
Cut the pastry into approximately 8cm squares. Place the beef mixture on the pastry squares, cover, then crimp the edges of the pastry with a fork to seal it shut. Place on baking paper.
Brush the pastry with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
