Instructions
Place the chicken thighs in a large sealable Ziploc bag.
Add the oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire or soy sauce (if using), and balsamic vinegar.
Seal the bag and shake well. Press the air out and ensure it’s tightly sealed.
Press the seasoning around the chicken to coat it evenly. (Alternatively, you can marinate the chicken in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.)
Place in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.
When ready to cook, preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 25–28 minutes, until the skin is crispy and golden brown to your liking. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Serve immediately with your favorite side dish or veggies, such as mashed potatoes, air fryer garlic green beans, or air fryer broccoli.
Enjoy your crispy, juicy chicken thighs!
