The salad that all my friends love

This salad is unusual, delicious, filling, and easy to prepare. A true culinary treasure.

Thanks to the original combination of ingredients, it may seem like it contains expensive white mushrooms – but it’s actually not.

Required products

  • Onion – 1 large head

  • Eggplant – 500–700 g

  • Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.

Onion marinade:

  • Sugar – 1.5 tsp.

  • Vinegar – 1.5 tbsp.

  • Salt – 1 tsp (without tip)

  • Ice water – enough to cover the onion

Additionally:

  • A little salt

  • Fresh herbs (vegetables)

  • Mayonnaise

  • Starch
