Take any block you normally use.
Insert the fasteners inside the rim. You have to make an effort when you do it.
Now look how comfortable it is.
After handling, the block holds perfectly and does not interfere. You can move it in any direction. A few days on one side, a few days on the other and under the rim it will never be dirty.
