Aloe vera is rich in essential plant nutrients, including calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and salicylic acid. The latter is similar to the active ingredient in aspirin and is known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties .

To begin the process of recovering your wilted plant , cut an aloe vera leaf and open it to obtain its gel . Gently rub the gel onto the wilted plant ‘s leaves , both top and bottom. This will help provide essential nutrients to the leaves and disinfect them thanks to the antibacterial properties of aloe vera.

However, rubbing the leaves of our seedling may not be enough to revive it . So let’s examine how to prepare a natural aloe vera-based fertilizer.
Start by cutting another aloe vera leaf and dividing it into slices . Put the slices in the blender and add a tablespoon of sugar , which will favor the water absorption process . Add 2 liters of water and mix everything to create our natural fertilizer . Finally, strain the mixture through a sieve and pour it into a jug .
