Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the ground almonds, shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk and almond extract until smooth.
2. Form the dough into small balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
3. Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
4. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
5. Using a fork, dip each ball of dough into the melted chocolate, then place it back on the baking sheet.
6. Refrigerate again for about 1 hour, until the chocolate has hardened.
7. Once the truffles have cooled, they’re ready to eat.
