Prep the Potatoes
Wash and dice the potatoes into small, bite-sized cubes.
Season the Potatoes
In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley until evenly coated.
Air Fry the Potatoes
Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes. Shake the basket a few times during cooking for even crisping.
Cut and Season the Steak
While the potatoes cook, slice the strip steaks into 1-inch cubes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning until well coated.
Air Fry the Steak Bites
Once the potatoes are finished, set them aside. Place the steak bites in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for about 7 minutes, or until your preferred doneness is reached.
Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley to create the garlic butter sauce.
Assemble and Serve
Drizzle the garlic butter over the cooked steak bites and serve them on top of the crispy potatoes. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
