Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Chicken Soup

Sauté onion, carrots, celery & garlic in olive oil until soft.
Add turmeric & broth, bring to a simmer.
Stir in chicken & peas, cook 10–15 mins.
Season, add lemon juice, and garnish with herbs.
