Antipasto Squares Recipe

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

Step 2: Prepare the Bottom Layer

Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pinch the seams together to create a solid layer of dough.

Step 3: Layer the Meats and Cheese

Layer the hamsalamipepperoniprovolone cheese, and mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough. Top with the roasted red peppers, spreading them evenly.

Step 4: Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggsParmesan cheeseItalian seasoninggarlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.

Step 5: Assemble the Top Layer

Pour half of the egg mixture evenly over the layered meats and cheese. Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the filling, pinching the seams to create a solid layer. Brush the remaining egg mixture over the top layer of dough.

Step 6: Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly. Let the antipasto squares cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.

Step 7: Serve

Cut the Antipasto Squares into small squares or rectangles and serve warm or at room temperature. They are delicious either way!
