Apple, Beetroot, Carrot & Cucumber Juice Recipe

  1. Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Peel and chop the beetroot, carrot, and cucumber into small pieces.
  3. Core and chop the apple (no need to peel it unless you prefer).
  4. Add everything into a blender or juicer:
    • If using a juicer, simply run all ingredients through it.
    • If using a blender, add chopped produce + water, blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
  5. Add lemon juice and ginger (optional) to the strained juice.
  6. Stir well and serve over ice if desired. 

Serving:

  • Makes about 2 glasses.
  • Best consumed fresh, but you can refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
