Instructions
1. Make the Strawberry Puree:
Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens slightly.
Blend the mixture into a smooth puree using an immersion blender or a regular blender. Let cool and set aside.
