🔥 Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spray an 8″ x 8″ x 2″ (or similar) ceramic or glass baking dish with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch.

Toss until the apples are evenly coated.

🌀 Step 3: Flatten the Cinnamon Rolls
Cut each cinnamon roll into 1/2-inch thick strips.

On a floured surface, roll out each strip until it’s thin and wide enough to layer.

Sprinkle lightly with flour as needed to avoid sticking.

🧱 Step 4: Assemble the Layers
Line the bottom and sides of the dish with a layer of flattened cinnamon roll dough. Press edges together to seal.

Spread half of the apple mixture evenly over the dough.

Drizzle with 2–3 tablespoons of caramel sauce.

Add a second layer of cinnamon roll dough, pressing to seal.

Repeat with the remaining apple mixture and caramel sauce.

Top with a final layer of cinnamon roll dough.
