π₯ Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Spray an 8β³ x 8β³ x 2β³ (or similar) ceramic or glass baking dish with nonstick spray.
π Step 2: Prepare the Apple Filling
In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch.
Toss until the apples are evenly coated.
π Step 3: Flatten the Cinnamon Rolls
Cut each cinnamon roll into 1/2-inch thick strips.
On a floured surface, roll out each strip until itβs thin and wide enough to layer.
Sprinkle lightly with flour as needed to avoid sticking.
π§± Step 4: Assemble the Layers
Line the bottom and sides of the dish with a layer of flattened cinnamon roll dough. Press edges together to seal.
Spread half of the apple mixture evenly over the dough.
Drizzle with 2β3 tablespoons of caramel sauce.
Add a second layer of cinnamon roll dough, pressing to seal.
Repeat with the remaining apple mixture and caramel sauce.
Top with a final layer of cinnamon roll dough.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 10β15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
βοΈ Step 6: Cool and Glaze
Let it cool for 30 minutes to set.
Drizzle with the icing included in the cinnamon roll packets.
