Peel of 1 ripe banana (organic, well washed)
4 fresh oregano leaves (or 1 teaspoon if dried)
1 piece of fresh turmeric (2 cm) or 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
3 cups of filtered water
Preparation:
Wash and cut the banana peel into small pieces.
Peel and chop the fresh turmeric (if using powder, add it directly).
Boil the water in a saucepan and add all the ingredients.
Stew over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Strain the mixture and serve hot or warm.
