Spinach
Both spinach and loofah are cold foods and high in fiber. Eating them together may accelerate intestinal motility, potentially causing digestive disorders, stomachaches, or diarrhea. Additionally, spinach contains oxalic acid, while loofah is rich in calcium. When combined, the oxalic acid in spinach interacts with the calcium in loofah to form calcium oxalate, making it difficult for the body to absorb the calcium.
White Radish
Both white radish and loofah are cold foods. Eating them together can cause stomach discomfort or cramps.
