Natural treatment based on lemon, honey, and cinnamon.
Good news: you don’t have to go to the pharmacy to have long-lasting fresh breath. It only takes a little magic… at home! Here’s a recipe for DIY mouthwash prepared with simple but highly powerful components.
Ingredients to plan:
The juice of 2 fresh lemons ( to neutralize stubborn odors )
250 ml of lukewarm water , for a feeling of softness
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon, naturally antibacterial
1 tablespoon of liquid honey , with soothing properties
1 tablespoon of baking soda , to neutralize odors
Preparation is as simple as creating an infusion.
In a large mixing basin, combine the honey, cinnamon, and baking soda.
Then, add the lukewarm water while swirling gently.
Finish with some freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Once everything is completely combined, transfer the mixture to an airtight glass bottle.
Simply use it after cleaning your teeth as you would any other mouthwash.
Shake lightly, rinse, and smile. Finally, breathe with peace of mind.
