Preparation:
Dough: in the planetary mixer, put the flour, sugar, salt, vinegar, vanilla extract, butter, water, milk, eggs, yeast and mix for 10/15 minutes.
Double the volume in a greased terrine.
Divide the dough into 12 parts and let them double in volume.
Then bake at 160° for 10 to 15 minutes.
Brush with melted butter and dip in sugar.
