Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:

3. Spread on the Baking Sheet:
Arrange the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not overcrowded for even roasting.
4. Bake:
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown on the edges.

If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of baking. Let it melt and crisp slightly.
6. Serve:
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with additional herbs or a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor, if desired.

. Add Heat: Sprinkle red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
. Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to restore crispness.
