Directions:
Season the chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
Place in a bowl and let marinate for 20 minutes.
In a bowl mix the yogurt, chopped parsley, lemon juice, garlic and mustard.
Dip the chicken in the yogurt sauce, then cover with breadcrumbs.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and put a piece of butter on each chicken leg.
Bake at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
