1. Prep & Preheat
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9-inch pie dish or small casserole dish.

2. Blend the Base
In a blender or bowl, whisk eggs, cottage cheese, melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
