1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook Pasta: Cook 1 lb of ziti pasta according to package directions, then drain.
3. Prepare Sauce: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté 3 minced garlic cloves until fragrant.
4. Mix Sauces and Cheeses: Add 28 oz of marinara sauce and 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce to the skillet, stirring well. Mix in 1 cup of ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of sour cream, and half of the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, shredded provolone, and shredded Romano cheeses.
5. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked ziti and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil to the sauce, stirring to combine. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
6. Top with Cheeses: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, provolone, and Romano cheeses over the top. Add 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes if desired.
7. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the dish is bubbly and golden brown.
