Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half, forming 16 pieces.
Stuff the dough: Flatten each piece of dough and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough over the cheese, pinching the edges to seal and form a ball.
Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Coat the dough balls: Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it is well coated, then place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Add the finishing touch: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the tops of the dough balls.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and optionally garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm.
