Directions
Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the dough:
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half to form 16 pieces.
Stuff the dough:
Flatten each dough piece and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
Make the garlic butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Coat the dough balls:
Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring full coverage, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
Add the finishing touch:
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the tops of the dough balls.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
Remove from oven and optionally garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm.
