- Place 4 eggs in a pot, fill with water, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
- Cool the eggs, peel, and chop them.
- Mix the Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, 150 grams chopped green onions, 100 grams grated cheese, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt.
- Mix well until thoroughly combined.
2. Prepare the Batter:
- Mix the Batter:
- In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs.
- Add 250 grams Greek yogurt and mix well.
- Stir in 100 grams rice flour, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
3. Assemble the Casserole:
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Dish:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Layer the Casserole:
- Pour half of the batter into the greased baking dish.
- Spread the prepared filling evenly over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter over the filling, spreading it evenly.
- Garnish:
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
4. Bake the Casserole:
- Bake:
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
5. Serve:
