Instructions:

2. Cook the mostaccioli pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then mix in the marinara sauce.
4. Combine the cooked pasta with the meat sauce and spread it evenly in the prepared baking dish.
5. Sprinkle a generous layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
