 - 25g cranberries
 - 40g nuts (chopped)

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1 banana (mashed)

- 100g yogurt
 - Water (as needed to reach the right consistency)
 - Coconut flakes (for rolling the balls)
