1. Preheat the Oven
* Preheat your oven to **425°F (220°C)
2. Wash and Prep the Potatoes**
* Scrub the potatoes well and dry them completely.
* Use a fork to **pierce each potato 3–4 times** on all sides.
3. Season
* Rub each potato with olive oil or butter.
* Sprinkle generously with salt (you can also add garlic powder or herbs).
