Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. Spread the shrimp out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
4. While the shrimp is baking, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat or in the microwave for about 20 seconds each.
5. To assemble the wraps, lay a warm tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add a layer of chopped romaine lettuce in the center of the tortilla, followed by a handful of baked shrimp.
6. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling.
8. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side, if desired.
