1. Prepare the Zucchini
- Grate the Zucchini:
- Grate the zucchini and place it in a bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and let it sit for 5 minutes. This will help draw out excess moisture.

- After 5 minutes, squeeze the grated zucchini to remove as much moisture as possible.
