To relieve muscle or joint pain, a bay leaf and salt bath can be prepared. To do this, boil a liter of water with 10 bay leaves for 10 minutes. Then, add a cup of coarse salt to the hot water and mix well. Pour this preparation into the bathtub with warm water and soak for 15-20 minutes. This bath will relax your muscles and relieve joint pain.
Digestive problems:
If you suffer from indigestion or an upset stomach, you can prepare a bay leaf infusion. Boil 3 bay leaves in a cup of water for 5 minutes. Then, add a pinch of salt and let it rest for another 5 minutes. Drink this infusion after meals to improve digestion and reduce bloating.
