ΒΌ cup ketchup
1 tbsp. Yellow mustard
2 teaspoons brown sugar

Meatloaf:
1 pound sirloin or 96% lean ground beef
1 Β½ slices whole wheat bread, crustless/grated
1 cup Vaidila onion, chopped
3 egg whites, large eggs 98 7 pinch of salt
Β½ teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons. Ketchup
1 tbsp.Yellow mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
How to Make Lean Meatloaf:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine ground beef, meatloaf, onions, egg whites, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Put aside.
- In a small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the mixture of sauce ingredients onto the minced meat mixture. Mix the sauce into the meat mixture with your hands.
- Form a loaf. Transfer the meat to the prepared bowl.Bake.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Make sure the meatloaf is fully cooked.
- Remove from oven, set aside and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Cut into 5 equal parts. Arrange on a plate and serve.
