Instructions:
Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough instructions.
Melt the butter in the microwave, then mix in the minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stretch the pizza crust to nearly the size of your baking sheet.
Start layering your deli meats. First, the ham, then the salami, and finally the pepperoni.
Add the cheese on top of the meats.
Roll the Stromboli lengthwise and make sure to seal the seam well. Pinch and tuck the ends underneath.
Score the top a few times with a serrated knife to let steam escape while baking.
Brush the top with your garlic butter mixture.
Bake according to the time and temperature on your pizza dough package.
Note: Traditional Stromboli has red sauce inside, but I like mine without! Feel free to add sauce inside if you prefer, or dip it after it’s baked!
