Stir vanilla essence into the milk.
Line a mold with half of the prepared white cream. Layer with biscuits soaked in milk.
Follow with half of the chocolate cream, then another layer of soaked biscuits. Finish with the remaining white cream and chocolate cream, spreading evenly.
Refrigerate the pudding for at least four hours until set.
Before serving, sprinkle grated chocolate on top and decorate with strawberries.
