Directions:

3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract, beating until well incorporated.
4. Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour and salt until the dough forms.
5. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Create an indentation in the center of each dough ball using your thumb or the back of a spoon.
7. Fill each indentation with blackberry preserves.
8. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
9. Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
10. Drizzle lemon curd over the cooled cookies for a finishing touch.
