Instructions

1. Make the Dough in a Blender

  1. In a blender, combine eggs, warm milk, oil, sugar, salt, and yeast.

  2. Blend for 30 seconds until fully mixed.

  3. Transfer mixture to a large bowl.

2. Let It Rise

  1. Cover and let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

3. Shape & Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Form dough into small balls and place on a lined baking tray.

  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Brush with melted butter while warm for a glossy finish.
