Prep the Oven and Pan

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9-inch round cake pan or springform with parchment paper or lightly grease with butter.

 Blend the Batter

In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped appleseggssugaroilyogurt, and vanilla extract. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth.

 Add Dry Ingredients

Add flourbaking powderlemon zest, and salt to the blender. Pulse until just combined—avoid overmixing once the flour is added.

 Pour and Top

Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Decorate the top with thin apple slices arranged in a spiral or fanned out for a bakery-style finish.

 Bake

Place in the oven and bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is golden.

 Cool and Finish

Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan. Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
