- 2 medium zucchinis
- 3 chicken eggs

- 3 spring onions, finely chopped

- Prepare the Zucchini:

- Use a special grater to grate the zucchinis into fine shreds.
- Place the grated zucchini in a colander and sprinkle with a little salt. Let it rest for about 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
- After resting, squeeze out the excess liquid from the zucchini using your hands or a clean kitchen towel.
