Preheat the Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×9-inch baking dish, or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare the Streusel Topping:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
  2. Add the cold, cubed butter. Using your fingers or a pastry cutter, blend the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.

Make the Cake Batter:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in the yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries.

Assemble and Bake:

  1. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the batter.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
