Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9×9-inch baking dish, or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Streusel Topping:
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Add the cold, cubed butter. Using your fingers or a pastry cutter, blend the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
Make the Cake Batter:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Mix in the yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
Assemble and Bake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
