What You Need:
In Regarding the Flatbreads:
mixed flour, 2 cups
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3 and 3/4 cups of water
2 tsps of olive oil
Regarding the Filling:
Peel and cook four big eggs.
4-5 thinly sliced spring onions
Season with salt and pepper as desired.
When making the yogurt sauce:
Greek or ordinary yogurt, one cup
30 milliliters of lemon juice
1 minced garlic clove
Season with salt and pepper as desired.
For garnish, you may use fresh herbs like dill or parsley, although it’s not required.
