Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add salt to taste.
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small cubes and add them to the egg mixture.
Pit the plums and chop them into small pieces. Add them to the chicken and egg mixture.
Grate the hard cheese and add it to the mixture.
In a separate bowl, beat the remaining egg and mix in salt, sweetener, mustard, and lemon juice to make a dressing.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Crush the garlic cloves and add them to the oil. Fry until golden brown, then remove and discard the garlic.
Pour the garlic-infused oil over the chicken and plum mixture, and mix well to coat evenly.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Drizzle the prepared dressing over the top of the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
