- 1 Box Yellow or White Cake Mix (Without Pudding)
- 1 Small Box Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 2/3 Cup Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups Brandied Fruit (No Juice), chopped
- 1 Cup Raisins
- 1 Cup Chopped Nuts
- 1 Cup Coconut
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan.
- Mix up the cake mix and stir in the brandied fruit, vanilla instant pudding, oil, eggs, raisins, nuts, and coconut.
- Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 1 hour or until done. You can also use loaf pans.
