We measure the size of the layers of future pies according to the diameter of the glass. Using a glass, cut out a circle of flatbread and place a tablespoon of filling on each semicircle. Cover the puree with the second semicircle and seal.
Heat 100 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the pies in it. Over medium heat, fry the pies until golden brown on both sides.
The result is quick potato pies with herbs. You can also make meat and mushroom pies with this dough.
