Guidelines
Step 1 In a large bowl, add the melted butter and granulated sugar.
Step 2 Stir in the light brown sugar.
Step 3 Whisk until light and fluffy.
Step 4: Add the eggs.
Step 5 Continue beating.
Step 6 Add the melted dark chocolate.
Step 7 Continue mixing until smooth.
Step 8 Sift the flour and cocoa powder and add them to the mixture, mixing well.
Step 9 Add salt and mix with a spatula until you get a smooth paste.
Step 10 Add white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and dark chocolate chips, if desired.
Step 11 Mix all the chocolate chips into the batter.
Step 12 Transfer the mixture into a previously buttered and floured cake tin (8×8 inches or 20 cm x 20 cm).
Step 13 Level the dough with a spatula.
Step 14 Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 20 minutes, until the surface is dry and a toothpick test comes out clean.
Step 15 Once baked, let the brownies cool in the pan for a few minutes, then cut them into small squares and serve.
Notes You can customize your brownies by adding jam, peanut butter, cream cheese, or caramel before baking to achieve a flavor spiral effect.
